當創辦人Simon，於2012年第一次拜訪台灣時，他對於比利時鬆餅受歡迎的 程度相當地驚訝。雖然他很快地就發現那些所謂「比利時鬆餅」，其實跟比利時當 地鬆餅完全不一樣。 公司創立的主要核心概念就由此而生:供應台灣真實、真正的比利時鬆餅。

初期，Simon使用家裡自有的傳統食譜配方，親手製作鬆餅，並且在台中的旱溪夜市販售。不久後，一些咖啡店、餐廳業者希望供應他的鬆餅到店內販售;從那時開始，公司開始批發業務並販售同樣配方的冷凍鬆餅。

從2015年至今，比利喜有限公司搬遷三次，而目前設立於台中。為了供應需求進而 調整生產，我們的鬆餅生產目前遵循HACCP所需，擴增設備及人員，但是食譜配方 還是嚴謹地維持最初的味道。無鬆餅預拌粉、無食用色素、無防腐劑，所有使用的 原物料你都能在任何一個比利時家庭裡找到。

When he first visited Taiwan in 2012, Simon, our founder, was impressed with the popularity of Belgian waffles. Although, he quickly found out that all those supposed “Belgian” waffles were nothing like the waffles in Belgium.
The concept of the company was born : provide authentic Belgian waffles to Taiwan.

At first, Simon was home-making the waffles following a traditional family recipe, and selling them in the typical HanXi night market.
Quickly some coffee shops and restaurants asked him to provide them with waffles for their places. From that moment, the company started its BtoB activities and began selling frozen waffles, with always the same recipe.

Since 2015 until now, the Bilishi Co. Ltd. moved three times, and is currently based in Taichung. To adapt the production to the demand, our waffles are now prepared following HACCP requirements, with bigger equipments and more employees, but the recipe remain the same. No waffle powder, no food colouring, no conservative, just the ingredients you could find in any Belgian family.
